I just wanted you to know that your customer service helped me get everything in order with my computer. I also got a hold of my internet server to get the problem with the Norton Suite Secure fixed. They installed an upgrade, and it didn\'t go to every computer, so now everything is fixed. You have a great service and I can always depend on you. Thank you very much Terri Newman

Thank very much to tech Sonny agent. I greatly appreciated the knowledge, skills, abilities, patience and understanding he displayed when the hard drive on my computer crashed and how he helped keep going. I am just a 75 year old retired senior citizen who like to help others in my family, community, city state and country, on my pension. I don,t paid for any of my efforts even though I administer a Bible based correspondence course in prisons.

Thanks for the call for the check up. I had a couple of episodes of shut down, but none lately. I have updated all the windows updates. I restored the defragmentation program, ran the program, as I felt the computer would be too over-loaded, and reset the scheduled run. The computer may not have been on when it was scheduled to run. I can do it manually if I miss the time. Thank you for all your help. Carolyn Morris

I was concerned that another Co. had got into my computor and I was unable to unlock, start and stop my computor. Tthe technician cleared up the problem and checked the computor out and made sure that nothing had been deleted or removed from my computor. Thank you very much for your excelent support.

Sir, I wish you to kindly pass on my sincere appreciation to one of your Technician staff for his time, patience and technical skills in fixing my computer related problems. I was impressed with his quick understanding of my problems and his knowledge to sort them out. The people skills he showed were exemplary, because he was very patient and persevered with me, even though at times I accidentally led him down the wrong path. James was his first name, and that is all the information I have to identify him, but you could track him down by the database log you obviously keep of Technicians and which customers they are designated to. My Technician was George (Preet). He was very polite, most efficient and carried out everything that he said he would do. I am very impressed with his friendly manner and his patience.
